Enablement Video Creator

We are looking for an experienced Video Creator to join our Enablement team to help us create valuable videos for our self service channel. If you have a creative mind with the technical skills to bring your visions to life, we want you on our side! 

About The Role:

A typical day for a video creator on our team could include:

• Brainstorming content ideas
• Create educational videos from scratch - write scripts, record, edit, and publish - in a timely manner
• Writing a script 
• Recording a voiceover 
• Meeting with stakeholders to understand subject matter
• Editing video content
• Creating motion graphics 
• Building boards and recording screens
• Collaborate closely with your manager to identify the gaps and come up with video ideas accordingly
• Ensure that the video content is constantly updated based on changes of the platform
• Work on templated-style videos and unique one-off video projects for both internal and external enablement purposes

Requirements

• Experience 2+ years in Video-editing/Creative design
• Ability to produce voice overs
• Content writing skills and ability to simplify complex ideas
• Ability to create motion graphics and familiarity with After Effects 
• Creative thinker
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work fast and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Adobe Premier 

Experience with the following is a plus:

• Extensive After Effects experience 
• Prior experience producing educational content
• Videography experience 
• Project management experience 
• Audio production/editing experience

For Colorado-based hires only: Compensation Range: $55,000-$75,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
