Enabling Technology Sales Manager (Phoenix, AZ)
Job Description
Reporting directly to the Director of Enabling Technology, the Arthroscopic Enabling Technologies Sales Specialist will drive AET sales in the hospital and surgical center environment.
Primary responsibilities include new revenue capture as well as maintaining the current AET business across the District. Additional responsibilities include attaining the Total Revenue Quota in the District through creating Financial Programs tied to the AET, Capital, Joint Repair, and Regeneten opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Achieve AET Sales Quota
Be the Expert in Shavers, Wands, Pumps and Enabling Tech capital
Provide Expertise, know-how, and trouble-shooting to the local team
Apply Strategic Sales Approach to selecting Growth Targets to drive and grow
Engage Sales Targets at a High Level as well as directly with the Surgeons
Drive AET Sales in coordination with the Local Director of Sales, the Strategic Sales Director and Local Sales Team
Maintain Saleforce.com with Capital Base Mapping
Provide technical information to surgeons consistent with product user manuals and instructions for use.
Location: US
Education: Bachelor degree in business management or related field or equivalent experience
Experience: 3-5 years direct sales experience within a medical/hospital environment
Experience with selling technology and/or capital products to multiple call points in the hospital, including surgeons, nursing, administration, facilities, bio-med and information systems required
Travel Requirements: 50% ( Territory includes Phoenix, AZ, parts of New Mexico, and El Paso, Tx )
