Locations: Sandy, UT - Richardson, TX - Hoboken, NJ

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced End Client Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in macOS, JAMF, SCCM, Intune, and project management. The role requires a deep understanding of end-user computing environments and the ability to design and implement efficient and secure solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Architect and Design:
  • Develop and implement end-client architecture solutions based on industry best practices.
  • Design, configure, and optimize macOS environments to meet organizational needs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for client architecture designs.
  • Technology Expertise:
    • Proficient in macOS operating system deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
    • Extensive experience with JAMF Pro for macOS management and deployment.
    • In-depth knowledge of SCCM and Intune for Windows client management.
    • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to end-client environments.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead end-client architecture projects from conception to completion.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Security and Compliance:
    • Implement security best practices in end-client environments.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Troubleshooting and Support:
    • Provide advanced support for end-client architecture-related issues.
    • Collaborate with support teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
  • Financial Responsibilities:
    • Provide quotes for purchasing related software/solutions.



    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 5 years proven experience as an End Client Architect or similar role.
    • Strong expertise in macOS, JAMF, SCCM, and Intune, including:
      • OS Provisioning
      • Patch management
      • SW/OS update packaging and deployment
      • Mac OS troubleshooting (Windows 11 is a plus)
    • Experience with Intune/AAD/O365.
    • knowledge & experience with enterprise networks, wired & wireless networking.
    • Experience  with documentation for client architecture designs and processes .
    • Experience with Jira, Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
