Job Description:

Parsons Corporation is seeking a talented and experienced IT and/or Computer Science engineer to support the information technology and systems infrastructure activities in our Columbia, MD and Annapolis Junction offices.

Ideal candidates are typically are in progress towards earning a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a technical field specifically related to area of specialty.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist with End User Computing support

• Imaging laptops & workstations according to Parsons procedures
• Submitting and handling EUC support cases in Salesforce
• Assuring end user satisfaction though case follow-up

Inventory management

• Organizing existing equipment
• Working with Parsons depots to maintain local inventory of consumables

Program Support

• Assist with engineering and computer science support for programs as needed

Location: Columbia, MD

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• No professional experience required.
• Completion of an Associate's degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare written requirements and specifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Necessary skills in end user computing, IT support, inventory management, program support.
• No clearance required. A desire for the ability to acquire a Top Secret/SCI clearance with poly.

Salary Range:

$14.23 - $24.13
