• South suburbs – Outpatient clinic located in Orland Park, IL with hospital privileges at NM Palos Hospital.
• West suburbs - Outpatient clinic located in Sycamore, IL with hospital privileges at NM Kishwaukee Hospital. * Visa sponsorship negotiable at this location
