Endpoint Management Administrator
The role of an Endpoint administrator will be to ensure endpoint functionality and compliance, maintain all endpoint agents, maintain OSconfigurationapplication packages, monitor reporting, permissions auditing, certificate management, application support, and other miscellaneous security operations.
What You'll Do

• LeadEscalation point for frontline tech support for Windows laptops
• Endpoint configuration and reporting through enterprise tools like SCCM and Intune
• Working knowledge on SCCM SQL Database
• Build, manage, deploy, track software and update packages
• Maintain standard provisioning processes using modern automated methods
• Act as a subject matter expert for Windows devices
• Act as a subject matter expert and system administrator for mobile device management (MDM)
• Ensure all endpoints are communicating with and enforcing policies from management systems
• Perform functional and timeline analysis for non-standard end user requirements and suggest hardware and software specifications for their project requirements in a cost-effective manner

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Information technology, or other related field, and 3 years' experience supporting domain bound Windows laptops
• Strong Windows troubleshooting experience
• Must be a team player, dedicated, and proactive
• Must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to clearly present technical approaches or findings in oral and written format
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Very strong customer service orientation.
• SCCM Certified Professional or comparable experience
