Endpoint Management Engineer

JM Family is looking for an Endpoint Management Engineer to join our End User Engineering team. This person will serve as the primary Engineer for our Mobile iOS, iPadOS, MacOS, and Android device management space. The position will be a hybrid work position reporting 3 days per week to our Deerfield Beach HQ location.

A typical work week is Mon-Fri, although some night and weekend work is to be expected with an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Will design, configure, and customize iOS, Android, and all mobile devices in fleet. Supporting programs to meet the needs of organizations and end users.
• Collaborate with technology architects, business units, information security, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to complete projects and objectives.
• Maintain device inventory across MDM, external vendor portals, and internal ticketing systems.
• Deployment lifecycle of all corporate mobile devices to include vendor portal inventory, MDM deployment and inventory, and secure retirement within guidelines.
• Deploy and maintain all mobile applications.
• Design, configure, and maintain policies for application protection.
• Design, Configure and maintain policies for company compliance.
• Deploy and maintain secure update policies that adhere to security standards.
• Deploy and maintain configurations to mobile devices to allow for things such as wireless access, printer permissions, and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication).
• Testing new devices and accessories to improve end-user experience.
• Writing technical documentation on deployment, retirement, and troubleshooting.
• Working with vendor support on technical issues for OS and hardware.

Qualifications:

• Microsoft Intune. Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with mobile devices in Intune or similar MDM enterprise.
• Apple Business Manager. Experience managing ABM devices, apps, and roles.
• iOS, iPadOS, MacOS & WinOS
• Scripting BASH, PowerShell
• Microsoft Defender, ServiceNow, Microsoft Graph,
• Desktop as a service (Windows 365)
• Azure/Azure AD/Hybrid environment knowledge
• ControlUp/Edge DX
• Modern endpoint management concept knowledge (Ring topology, self-service app installs etc.)
• Microsoft 365 service knowledge (O365, Visio, Project, Power BI)
• iOS mobile apps. Experience with deploying, updating, and providing application policies to both app store and internal iOS applications.
• IOS configuration includes kiosks, OS controls, app controls, updates, compliance, and reporting of the aforementioned.
• Change Management. Experience with change management in an enterprise environment.

• Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (Preferred)
