Endpoint Technical Analyst, ETS
Job Description
 We are seeking a highly motivated IT Business Technical Analyst who will manage and maintain Executive and Leadership dashboards through collaborating with key Corporate Technology Service leaders by collecting the statistical analysis to make data-driven decisions. This role will work on moderately complex problems where analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors as well as consideration of broader impact.
About the role:
In this opportunity as Endpoint Technical Analyst, you will:

Typical responsibilities may include complex data mining, trend analysis, metric and report production, process maturity and compliance assessment, process flow charting, and iterative process activities
(e.g. validity checks, change reviews, data quality checks tool enhancement design and review).

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft O365 Enterprise Suite of Applications, PowerBI , Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents and MSFT SharePoint.

Understands the strategy, organizational authority, interdependence of job duties, systems, and servicesof an enterprise and how to operate within

Understands the importance of employee experience and its benefit to company performance

Understanding information and data flow and how business users interact within and outside an organization

Problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a global matrix organization with insourced and outsourced team members

Ability to define specifications from user requirements

Prepares written materials to meet purpose and audience

Assists in cost/benefit analysis and identifying potential budget impact.

Works on medium/large or moderately complex projects and components of very complex or large projects with competing priorities.

Works on moderately complex problems where analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors as well as consideration of broader impact.

Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Defines, develops, and coaches others in best practices for requirements gathering and management.
