Summary:
To educate customers on how they can save energy and reduceĀ their utility bills. To develop your role by continuously growing, learning how to be a customer service guru, and help us become a more successful company.
Job Type:
- Full-time, Commission Only

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Skillfully introduce Staples Energy and explain theĀ FREEĀ energy savings program to the customer
- Perform an energy assessment of a customerās home or business according to the program guidelines
- Identify and record opportunities for saving energy and review them with the customer
- Explain the enrollment process and collect all necessary documents
- Sell the customer on the benefits of energy efficiency upgrades
- Discuss the installation process and any special accommodations the customer may need
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Moderate to Advance computer literacy.
- Write and record appointments.
- Attend sales training and team meetings.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or GED certificate.
- Previous experience with customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred, but not required.
Working Conditions
- Possess a valid driverās license with clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.
- Pass background and drug screen.
- Walk or stand for extended periods ofĀ time.
- Drive and sit in a vehicle for extendedĀ periods.
