Energy Business Transformation Leader - Domain Consultant

Role Purpose

• Lead and grow our utilities practice, focusing on delivering innovative solutions in the Electricity and Gas sectors.
• Leverage extensive knowledge of utilities to guide strategic planning, implementation, and optimization efforts for our clients.
• Drive successful utilities implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.

• Act as a subject matter expert in the utilities domain, providing insights and thought leadership on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and objectives to propose customized solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to develop and execute business strategies.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

• 15+ years of experience in the utilities industry, with a focus on Electricity and Gas markets.
• Extensive experience in entire utilities value chain from transmission and distribution to energy supply.
• Deep understanding of the utilities regulatory environment and market dynamics in the United States.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, from technical teams to executive stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and growing high-performing teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives.
