Engagement & Recognition Intern

Who are we looking for:  

Working as part of our Engagement team, you will:   

• Engage employees across the organization in our programs and initiatives using different platforms and tools. 

• Ensure programs are accessible to all employees, acting as point of contact for different employee initiatives and events. 

• Assist in planning and executing various internal events, including birthday parties, top performer recognition, loyalty programs, thematic celebrations (Women's Day, Happiness Day), team-building games, and the year-end party. 

• Deliver presents, loyalty gifts, or any required materials for events. 

Skills and Qualifications:  

• Outgoing and enjoys collaborating with others.  

• Creative and dynamic, with a passion for bringing events to life.  

• Fun, patient, and able to maintain a positive attitude in all situations.  

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.  

• Basic design skills using Canva preferred.  

• Prior event planning experience a plus.  

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.  

• High school diploma required.  

• Finishing you last quaternial in a degree in Advertisement, Journalism, Administration or Marketng is a plus.
