Job Description
We are looking for an Engagement Coordinator to help our organization build positive relationships with users . Youโll be responsible for executing a strategy that promotes product awareness, product education, and trust to ensure that users remain satisfied with the Healthee product. To succeed in this role, youโll need to communicate well and multi-task under tight deadlines. Experience in marketing or user engagement is an asset in this position. If youโre a team player and a problem-solver, weโd like to meet you.
Responsibilities- Foster positive relationships with our users
- Help implement the Healthee product and maximize user engagement
- Address users issues with speed and efficiency
- Work with marketing to make sure all deliverables are completed by target deadline
- Prepare reports on project performance
- Conduct research to analyze users behavior included but not limited to habits, trends and preferences
- Design and implement successful engagement campaigns
- Track progress of initiatives, set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data
- Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials
- Craft clear product marketing copy
- Organize promotional activities for new products/services
- Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecasts
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Background in sales and customer service is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- User-oriented approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Experience with research methods using data analytics software
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google Adwords
- Familiarity with Content Management System software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
