The IT & Cybersecurity Engagement Coordinator (Engagement Coordinator) is responsible for coordinating client engagements for the Cybersecurity team members, the engagements, and services delivered by the team. The Engagement Coordinator ensures that engagements are effectively coordinated. The Engagement Coordinator works with the IT & Cybersecurity Team Managers and Directors in charge of the client work. They regularly interact with managing principals, industry principals, IT & Cybersecurity team principals, and other functional groups within CLA and Cybersecurity clients. They bring expertise around management of a project timeline, deliverables, etc. They have client, team member, and administrative responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Engagement coordination: Work with IT & Cyber Relationship Leader/Coordinator to determine scheduled engagements, including changes to that schedule, rescheduling and changes to the services being requested as part of the engagements and for the client as a whole. Coordinates meetings with clients and Engagement Mangers/Directors/In-Charge. Coordinates with the client to request documentation needed to initiate engagement. Ensures client and team has appropriate access to file storage locations and understand the requests being made. Verify clients uploaded Information Request Documentation. Validates that final reports have been delivered on time to client timely. Follows up with Engagement Mangers/Directors/In-Charge with any issues with a resolution in mind. Understand and manage internal and external client expectations. Coordinate with engagement biller at the completion of the engagement to communicate final bills can be delivered.
  • Team and Administrative: Communicate IT & Cybersecurity Team Relationship Leader on scheduling needs of clients and team members. Communicate with IT & Cybersecurity Manager/Directors on Engagement setup and scheduling. Validates travel or onsite client work for IT & Cybersecurity Manager/Directors. Collects and sends team member contact information and/or bios as necessary to clients prior to fieldwork. Ensure all necessary items have been addressed by client for the team member to be able to start the engagement without any administrative delay. Request a needed equipment to be sent to clients for needed engagements and also get return shipping label for return shipment. Ensures that file storage and review processes have been completed and that final reports have been uploaded and sign off for each engagement. As needed, communicate with and update Client Relationship Leader within firm on engagements including, status of project, final reports, and meetings with clients.

Requirements:

Experience

  • Three or more years of related support experience required.

Education
  • High school degree required

Certifications / Licenses

  • None required.

Technical Competencies
  • The Cybersecurity Engagement Coordinator should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). S/he should also have knowledge of Adobe.

Organizational Interfaces
  • The IT & Cybersecurity Engagement Coordinator reports directly to The CRM and Operations Lead and indirectly to the team Principals/Managers/Directors/Engagement In-Charge.

Travel Requirements
  • This position requires < 10% travel.
