The Impact U will make:

• Report directly to our VP of Engagement
• Commit to your team’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals created in our DEI Unqork Application
• Support engagements directly with our clients
• Understand our clients' strategic business goals and specific requirements to deliver the best possible solution on time and within the agreed budget
• Build on our commitments to clients and deliver an amazing product by collaborating with our Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, UX, and Information Security teams
• Independently lead the most complex client engagements and act as a project manager for the entire project lifecycle. This includes end-to-end execution of engagement from the definition of milestones and scope, prioritization of next steps and definition of a path forward in partnership with the client
• Develop a deep understanding of the Unqork platform, its capabilities and applications
• Define and manage project requirements, dependencies, and governance model
• Identify and report new business opportunities to Client Partners
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Partner with Product, Implementation and Engineering teams to develop new, thoughtful capabilities to integrate into the product roadmap
• Coach and develop Engagement Leads in the Delivery Organization

What U bring:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering. or equivalent technical skills and experience
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience (e.g., business analysis, project management and delivery) leading projects and/or management consulting in asset management, capital markets, insurance, SaaS, or other relatable fields
• Experience directly working and building relationships with senior-level executives, business leaders, engineers and product managers to translate complex client needs into project deliverables

The US base salary range, across all Unqork US locations, for this full-time position is $120,100 - $188,800  + bonus + equity + perks/benefits. An individual employee’s salary within the range provided above depends on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the working location, role, skillset and level of experience of such employee. Please note that the salary range reflects the base salary only, and does not include bonus, equity or perks/benefits.
