Who We Are

We have developed an end-to-end machine learning platform to empower automakers to build safer, smarter, and personalized vehicles. Our platform increases connected vehicle data accessibility and actionability for automakers, their partners and their end-customers.

Who You Are

You love getting stuff done. You excel at structuring unstructured problems, are great at quantitative problem solving, and thrive on coordinating cross-functional teams to deploy cutting edge technology to solve complex business problems. You are adept at wearing multiple hats, managing projects, and working closely with executives and technical experts. You are technical enough to be dangerous, and have experience in data science and machine learning. You want to be Viaduct’s tip of the spear as we deploy our technology to drive provable value to automakers, suppliers, and fleet operators. 

Expected Skills

• Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment
• Proven record of high performance in an engagement manager, project manager, team coordinator, or team lead role
• Excellent analytical and quantitative problem solving skills, with experience using exceptionally large and complex datasets to answer business problems
• Prior experience in analytics or AI/ML implementation
• Experience in Big 3/Big 4 or boutique management or technology consulting, or enterprise AI company
• Prior cloud experience (especially AWS) is a plus
• Advanced degree (M.S., Ph.D., or MBA) in a quantitative field preferred
• Skills to communicate complex and technical ideas effectively to a variety of audiences, using both written and verbal communication

Security and Privacy Responsibilities

• Attend annual security training

About the Role

Day 5 

• Learn about Viaduct’s history and mission
• Get to know every team member
• Set up your environment 
• Understand Viaduct’s platform, solutions, and use cases
• Attend our weekly ML lunch

Day 30 

• Make regular contributions on existing customer engagements
• Prepare and present findings to customer executives
• Develop relationships with your teammates and customers
• Take on increasing responsibility for one or more customer engagements
• Present your work at our weekly learning breakfast

Day 90

• Independently lead one or more customer engagements
• Be a thought leader on the customer success / data solutions team
• Improve work processes, playbooks, and collateral
• Become an expert in the Viaduct platform and solutions
• Work closely and with Sales, BD, and Product teams on pre-sales and product roadmap projects
• Mentor and coach junior team members
