Job Description:
The Engagement manager serves as the primary liaison between the Work Distribution team and the Global Technology organization. Provides comprehensive space planning and execution support - influencing the strategic direction and developing tactical plans.
The Engagement Manager serves as the single point of contact for the client and must be capable of managing initiative-based portfolios in a multi-matrixed environment. They are the escalation point for unresolved problems, complaints and complex space planning / execution requests. Associates in this role do not have direct reports so must have strong influencing and partnership capabilities.
Required Skills
  • 5 years of horizontal engagement across teams with solid business support skills & experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, coordinating and influencing cross functional teams & routines
  • Must be a proactive and strategic business partner striving to meet current and anticipated business objectives
  • Proactively drive innovative space planning solutions leveraging appropriate partners and tools

Desired Skills:
  • Experience working within Global Tech
  • Experience with workspace management
