Qualitest is looking for an Onsite Engagement Manager in Pheonix, AZ to join our team!

Requirements

• Addressing all client requests and concerns
• Building relationships and collaborating with clients
• Managing the engagement strategy
• Tracking and managing all engagement metrics
• Managing and monitoring the engagement budget
• Providing regular reporting on the engagement performance
• Building and maintaining teams of highly skilled and seasoned professionals
• Management of work requests and work projections
• Management of work assignments and resourcing
• Management of and reporting upon MSP budget forecast and actuals tracking and burn rates
• Tracking and reporting program status
• Tracking and reporting performance against KPI's
• Management of resource change requests
• Management of resource performance
• Onboarding services for all QT Team Members (20+)
• Management oversight and execution (if needed) of the knowledge ramp up and/or knowledge transfer activities for new QT resources
• Address client concerns and escalate to appropriate QT leadership as needed
• Ensure team/client use of "QT Managed Services Features" (see next section for more information)
• Manage QT Team corrective actions and preventative actions (CAPA) and Tracking and communication of Process Improvements
• Ability to author and drive the following deliverables:
• Onboarding materials ex IDs background check etc
• Resource Plan - updated monthly
• Budget forecast and actuals tracking and burn rates
• New Hire training and Cross Training - Training Materials
• Cross Training Roadmap

• A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $160,000 - $200,000.
