Key Skills• Depth and Breadth various BY Modules including JDA ESP, Fulfillment, Inventory Optimization,• Working closely with Customer Business SMEs for Business Blueprinting, Solution Architecting and Design• Working closely with Customer for developing project plans and ensure delivery consistent with the project estimates provided.• Experience facilitating/leading functional / technical analysis and/or design workshops in support of desired to-be business requirements and then transferring the information gained into a written design document for group review and consensus.• Lead a team of resources to ensure satisfactory completion of all BY solution delivery• Provide knowledge transfer / technical training on BY solutions to client resources as appropriate

Secondary Skills• Solutioning and delivery of BY JDA Demand Edge, S&OP, Luminate Control Tower, Factory Planning and Sequencing• Must have prior experience in implementing at least one end-to-end BY implementation engagement with the above modules• Lead Application Configurations, system testing, performance tuning, quality assurance/design review etc.• Technical hands on experience in BY platform• Experience with Business Blue Printing, Solution Design and Architecting.• Leading design sessions, resolving technical issues during various project phases.

Nice to Have Skills• Support Market Development and Presales and solutioning Support during Sales Stage• Provide Kinaxis RR expertise to the project team; including Business Blue Printing, Solution Design and Configurations, system testing, performance tuning, quality assurance/design review etc.• Lead a team of resources to ensure satisfactory completion of all Kianaxis delivery• Provide knowledge transfer / technical training on Kinaxis solutions to partners and client resources as appropriate
