What you will do
As an Engagement Manager within the Human Capital Management (HCM) practice with Bryant Park Consulting, you will be responsible for developing and managing a team of up to 10 direct reports to successfully deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and NetSuite SuitePeople implementations for a portfolio of clients. This is a role that carries a utilization target and is hands-on in client engagements serving in project management, solution architect and sponsor capacities. The HCM Engagement Manager will collaborate with other Engagement Managers across internal teams to grow the portfolio of BPC service offerings. Be proactive and serve as the Client's advocate during engagements.
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering workshops
- Lead process mapping/reengineering and future state process designÂ
- Advise client on HCM leading practicesÂ
- Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and execution
- Translate complex business requirements and processes into technical designs
- Collaborate with technical counterparts to deliver custom solutions to meet client requirements
- Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and overall business process discovery
- Manage scope and requirements with tight budget/allocation considerations
- Data migration strategy and definition Lead full-cycle HCM implementation projects, including all project phases: Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, Transition Support
- Lead project management activities such as status meetings, planning, work breakdown, and change control
- Support efforts to attract new clients into the firm and scope new projects
- Contribute to internal company initiatives including go-to-market efforts, knowledge management, and enablement
- Manage a total team size of up to 10 direct reports working across multiple simultaneous engagements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Â
- 6+ years of hands-on implementation experience in Oracle HCM and recently has been leading a team, building a practice and/or company that delivers HCM implementation services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsÂ
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Peoplesoft, Workday, UKG, Avanti, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP Workforce Now, Kronos Workforce Ready and/or other HCM software experience a plus
- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant) a plusÂ
Work From Home & Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to be on-site with clients as needed (note: this role is fully remote)
Salary Range: $180,000 to $220,000
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
