Engagement Manager, IQ2020

Description of Position:

For our Healthcare customers (Pharma, Bio-Tech, Life Sciences) implement custom Reporting, Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions using our flagship product IQ 20/20. Work in an agile environment that is all about solving the customer's problem. Below is an overview of the type of work involved with each project you will be implementing:

• Work with the Sales Team to understand client's requirements
• Get a solid understanding of client's data sources and data feeds
• Work with technical resources to develop the data processing streams
• Engage with the client to define various business objectives for the solution
• Design Dashboard mockups and work with client to finalize requirements
• After client sign-off, manage the development of the project within time and scope
• Help deploy/host the solution
• Coordinate Training
• Coordinate ongoing technical support
• Provide ongoing feedback to the development team for product enhancements
• Provide ongoing feedback to the sales team for future opportunities
• Juggle multiple such projects

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or Biotech Industry experience Interest and passion for customer satisfaction and the use of technology
• Knowledge of Pharma industry standard data sources is a requirement
• Project Management and/or Data Analysis/Business Analysis
• Must have skills with project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheets, etc.
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple projects and have a strong work ethic
• Knowledge of / experience working in the Pharma Consulting space is a plus
• Strong client presentation skills

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $142,100.00 - $241,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
