Position Summary::

Agero is one of the biggest brands you’ve never heard of - and that’s by design. We are the white label company behind the world’s biggest insurance and auto brands assisting over 30,000 drivers every day when accidents and inconveniences happen to their vehicles. Our marketing team is growing and looking to bring on an energetic, detail oriented team player who is excited to learn. In this role, the Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing and client services teams across multiple lines of business to support a variety of marking initiatives including copywriting, email campaign management, event logistics, presentation development and more. This role will be integral in driving client affinity, increasing overall marketplace visibility and strengthening our brand.

  • Coordinate and implement marketing activities for Agero's diverse set of insurance and automotive clients that extend program reach and awareness
  • Build excitement around product innovation, and generate new business opportunities, all while being front and center as we push the limits and set new standards for the driver experience.

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, industry events, social media campaigns, and market research.
  • Develop client-facing materials, including content creation, scheduling, testing, and reporting 
  • Coordinate participation in industry and client specific events including overseeing logistics, coordinating with vendors, specific event content development, and determining swag and giveaways
  • Support ad hoc sales needs including presentations, memos, written materials, or events
  • Partners with departments to solicit feedback and evaluate effectiveness of current communications vehicles, identify possible improvements, and devise measures of effectiveness of deliverables.
  • Participates on internal company projects and committees as needed to ensure brand and communication consistency.

EDUCATION:  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE:  3-5 years experience coordinating marketing collateral, programs and projects.  Project management experience preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, including ability to translate technical material into succinct, digestible stories for B2B and B2C audiences
  • The ability to handle multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and with minimal supervision
  • Highly creative; willingness to try new ideas
  • Demonstrated ability to create, implement and maintain content standards across an organization
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior level executives

 Nice To Have:

  • Experience in the insurance and/or automotive space desirable but not required
  • Proficient in Google Suite, HUbspot and/or Salesforce experience a plus
  • Hands-on experience with event management
