We are currently seeking a Engagement & Program Director to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).
We are currently seeking an Engagement / Program Director to join our Advisory & Digital Consulting strategic enablement team in North America.

Key Responsibility and Additional Qualifications:
- Working with other executives participate in solutioning, proposal, closure, and deploying of complex, multiple discipline solutions and services
- Manage and lead large, complex business systems development, integration, implementation, transformation project and programs
- Service in the lead role of engagement / program deployments, with full financial and delivery accountability
- Help grow the practice and assist in the development and execution of a consultative, flexible program delivery / program management framework
- Understand and execute against the client's strategic, business, financial, process, technical and talent requirements
- Present internal and to clients use cases, solutions, project management framework from a business and technical perspective
- Engage in all components of consulting, planning, executing, and closing of a project
- Estimate costs, prepare, and present recommendations, as well as leading practices and pitfalls, leveraging fact-based decision making
- Internal (industry) or external (firm) consulting experience preferred
- Provide disciplined program / project management and digital / organizational transformational skills dealing with cross-functional teams and industries
- Manage multiple strategic initiatives in a growing organization while also maturing leading practices and seeking continuous improvement opportunities
- Process excellence (Lean/Six Sigma Green belt or Black belt) preferred
- Values diversity, collaboration, and enjoys experience mentoring others
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, yet willing to help grow a practice
- Strong communication verbal, written and presentation skills required (detail oriented)
- Bachelor's degree required and MBA degree preferred
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience leading large, multi-discipline (business, process, technical, applications) engagements, program and/or transformation initiative deployments
- 8 years of experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM a plus)
- 8 years of experience developing, managing, and delivering full-cycle project / program management frameworks, processes, estimating, templates, business & workflow analysis and/or business process engineering
- 8 years of experience in deployment of enterprise packages (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.) and in one or more industries (Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer, Media, Provider, Healthcare, etc.
- 8 years of experience with Microsoft Office Product Suite including Teams, Project & Visio
- Able to travel up to 50% of time and work multiple time zones (if needed)#
