About the Team :
The Advertiser Experience team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and Commerce, and ensuring advertiser quality on our platform.
As an Engagement Specialist, you will offer consultations to selected clients aiming to be successful on our platform.
In this role, you will offer a solutions-based approach to policy and technical-related matters, and identify the key learnings that can empower sales and other partners to streamline the advertiser experience.
You will be the voice of the advertisers and find new opportunities for our partners to better engage in the common good.
Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals
- Become an expert on TikTok's solutions for businesses of all sizes, adapting recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
- Develop and implement programs to improve advertiser experience via solutions to strategic advertising clients and sales teams
- Consult and coach sales & advertisers to achieve greater results on TikTok platforms
- Identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience with help of cross functional partners to increase customer satisfaction
- Interact with cross functional teams and clients in an operational and executional manner to get tasks done
- Have a fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and clients business model
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- 3+ years experience in a client-facing or sales support roles preferably in internet / tech industry
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in an Ads Integrity or Trust and Safety environment
- Entrepreneurial and experience dealing with ambiguity
- Able to prioritise and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
