Job Summary

Responsible for coordination of new federal customer implementations across the Comcast Service portfolio including, new customer deployments, expansion projects and internal initiatives. Works as a collaborative member of the Federal Program Team to successfully deploy Comcast product lines. Responsible for driving implementation and performance escalations to resolution during the delivery of new services. Acts as a key contributor to Regional Field Operations, TTU, and NOC support teams. Serves as a SME in Comcast Government Services PMO circuit activation process development and review. Has in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in network activation process, field operations procedures and circuit troubleshooting toolset. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Understands the scope of technical programs as defined by the product and federal customer requirements. Responsible for achieving key technical milestones. Uses specific knowledge about one or more technical areas to research, plan, communicate and achieve customer program objectives.
  • Engage with matrixed teams and serves as network technical liaison with adjacent product and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of network services to federal customers.
  • Serves as subject matter expert on one or more business solutions for products that enable customers to stream, track and monetize their content online.
  • Performs needs analyses for the Company and its customers. Develops and documents strategic, cost-effective business and technical solutions.
  • Translates complex technical design requirements into information that customers can understand and respond to.
  • Supports Federal Program Team with product modifications and engineering expertise throughout contract lifecycle.
  • Supports Sales team with product modifications and engineering expertise for custom projects.
  • Architects solutions modifications post-contract award based on the ability to translate business requirements directly from customers.
  • Provides timely, technical support and problem resolution for Federal Program questions.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be able to hold a Federal Security Clearance.
