Engineer Associate

Position Summary

Responsible for checking and verification of valve Bill of Materials in 3D environment. Preparation of GA drawings.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Prior Experience in Bill of Material through ERP system as Oracle, preferably in valve industry
• Designing, Modelling & Detailed drawing, Valves Design is preferable.
• Knowledge in International Standards like ASME B16.34, ASME B16.5, ASME Y14.5, ISA 75.08 Series, ASTM A216, ASTM A351 etc.
• Proficient in Mechanical Engineering core subjects. Computer-Aided-Design (2D&3D). Geometric
• Dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Ability to understand and analyze any technical concept.
• Ability to analyse and Provide solutions to technical issues.
• Preparing Technical Documents like standard operating procedure (SOP), Assembly procedure and installation and operation manual (IOM).
• Knowledge about Pneumatic Accessories and Linear Actuators.
• Knowledge in BOM through ERP systems such as Oracle P11i, SAP
• 10.Knowledge about different ASTM Material grade is preferable
• Knowledge in GAD and Cross Section Drawings.

Preferred Skills

• • Design Software: SolidWorks 2021 or earlier version, AutoCAD,

  • ERP Software: Oracle P11i, SAP or Any

  • PDM Software: Windchill or Any

  • BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent

  • Minimum 2 to 4 Years
