Focus:

Designs, develops, solves problems, debugs, evaluates, modifies, deploys, and documents software and systems that meet the needs of customer-facing applications, business applications, and/or internal end user applications.

• You will be part of a fast-paced BigData Infrastructure Engineering team responsible for maintaining world class availability on multiple large scale BigData platforms. You will be challenged with identifying innovative and creative ideas and proof of concept to deliver against the existing and future needs of our customers.
• We are looking for passionate core Hadoop Administration engineer who has proven record of Engineering solutions using Hadoop Framework. As one of the Lead Infrastructure Engineering team members on our high-performing BigData Infrastructure team, you will also be responsible for engineering latest & innovative products, provide recommendations around performance initiatives and developing tools / products to enhance and improve infrastructure and application productivity.

• BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering or relavent experience is required

• 4+ years of Core Hadoop Administration experience
• 3+ years of proven Linux Esperience
• 3+ years of experience in managing Large Big Data infrastructure
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience on Hadoop cluster Builds
• HPE/MapR dB administration is preferred
• Experience in VMWARE builds, development of REST services, developing MySQL queries are desirable.
• Ability to learn new technologies and exploit them to their optimal potential
• Requires Bash scripting and proven experience in Linux Performance monitoring tools
• Experience in Trouble shooting, performance tuning, cluster monitoring and cluster configuring
• Willingness to learn new technologies and exploit them to their optimal potential
