Engineer DevOps Support (remote)

Full-time, (home)based in the US

In this role, youimplement and enhance compliance systems, processes, and strategic programs for Enterprise Development supported systems.

As anEngineer DevOps Support, you will

• Experience with current Windows Server and Linux Operating Systems
• Experience with IIS/.NET Framework and/or Apache/Tomcat
• Experience with application monitoring, performance analysis, and user experience
• General understanding of DNS, networking, ports, firewall rules, and network load balancing
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting HTTP web applications.
• Familiar with Active Directory principles, security groups, and permissions.
• Understanding of TLS encryption, TLS certificates, and persistence (Sticky Sessions)
• Ability to create technical diagrams and application related documentation

About you

• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines
• Experience with Ansible playbooks
• Experience Puppet manifests
• Knowledge of Kubernetes / Docker On-prem or cloud
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Datadog or Prometheus
• Basic knowledge of programming languages
• Excellent team working and communication skills
• Proactively on an ongoing basis, learn and improve both the technical and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail
