What We'll Bring:
Are you a talented Cybersecurity Operations Engineer experienced in Network Security Operations focusing on Proxy, CASB/SASE, DLP, and Next-Gen Firewall solutions? If so, this is a great opportunity to join the TransUnion Network Security & Operations Team as a Sr. Engineer - Network Security Operations (SASE/CASB). Within Network Security, you will be responsible for the operations and implementation of a broad portfolio of capabilities that protect TransUnion's network, Associates and data with an emphasis on egress security controls.
What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in Proxy, CASB/SASE and/or Next-gen Firewall solutions (Netskope preferred)
• 3+ year of experience of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy creation and implementation
• Basic experience working with regulatory/compliance requirements and frameworks such as PCI, GDPR, NIST, etc.
• Experience working with CASB and DLP technologies, including an understanding of how data-in-motion, data-at-rest, and data-in-use is monitored
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with an ability to make independent decisions when appropriate

• Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives

We'd Love to See:

• Experience gathering and facilitating the development of business and system requirements within a broader project team
• Experience working in Agile environments/projects with familiarity in utilizing Rally or JIRA

• Experience with supporting Remote Browser Isolation solutions
  
  • Experience working with the Netskope platform (CASB, SWG, DLP, RBI, Netskope Private Access) in an operational role
  • Experience working with Remedy
  • Experience in security and process automation leveraging a programming or scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
  • Experience working with public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Ability to analyze the security of systems, network, and data
  • Security+, CASP+, GSEC, CCSP, CISSP, CISM are preferred, but not required
  • Bachelors / Masters degrees are a plus

Impact You'll Make:

• Security Engineer is responsible for implementation, integration, daily operations/management for a CASB/SASE service in support of Enterprise Business Units
• Work with internal customers/stakeholders to quickly troubleshoot and remediate issues impacting the business while maintaining TransUnion's security posture
• Collaboratively work with vendors and internal staff to implement and integrate a CASB solution based on formalized Transunion requirements
• Conduct daily operation and management of the CASB/SASE solution, including event monitoring, reporting, remediation and resolution

• Provide technical assistance, solution design, and hands on development support for security controls for an enterprise CASB/SASE program
  
  • Develop and maintain CASB/SASE documentation and SOPs
  • Document results in technical briefings and reports and present results to Cybersecurity Leadership
