Your Responsibilities
As a Software Engineerfor Crop Care Software located in Ankeny, Iowa, you will be a member of an embedded development scrum team and work with multiple stakeholders to build and implement solution system functionality for ExactApply™ and See&Spray™. In addition, you will:

• Participate in and eventually lead technical development in the designing, developing, and testing of software for a broad spectrum of Sprayers functionality
• Participate in functional requirement analysis and design to drive improvements to solution system implementations.
• Operate in a scrum team environment on varying project scope and direction from a project lead.
• Analyze medium to high complexity requests to help in formulating plans for execution with minimal supervision.
• Provide product support of the system.

What Skills You Need

• Demonstrated technical leadership in designing systems
• Demonstrated coaching leadership in helping other team members grow
• 3+ years experience in Qt
• 3+ years experience in C

What Makes You Stand Out

• 3+ years experience in MATLAB/Simulink/StateFlow
• 2+ years in CAN communications
• 2+ years of experience in system engineering
• 2+ years of experience leading technical design
• Experience working with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Test Automation.
• Experience working with resources from multiple functional areas.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies/tools.

Major Duties

• Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
  Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering, Science, or Technology-related discipline.
