Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineering

• Implement ISO requirement to ensure continue certification - Plan, organize and implement all ISO activities which include:
• Coordinate and prepare for IMS Management Review
• Coordinate and prepare for IMS Internal Audit
• Coordinate and prepare for IMS - ISO 9001/14001/45001 Audit. Work hand-in-hand with ISO 14001 & 45001 and 22301 coordinators
• Coordinate and prepare for RBA Audits
• Conduct IMS Internal Quality Audit. Report findings and recommend for improvement to Management   
• Be in charge for FMEA review and Error Proof improvements
• Conduct periodic system audit to ensure compliance. Work on corrective actions if found discrepancies.
• Ensure management system is being adhered to
• Monitor on-line system application effectiveness and closure status. Follow up with relevant people if overdue. Escalate to higher level if necessary
• Participate in cross site QMS IMS audit in Other WD Sites
• Any other projects/ tasks assigned by supervisor

REQUIRED:   

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Applied Science 

PREFERRED SKILLS:                                  

• Knowledge on ISO 9001 Quality System
• Knowledge on ISO 14001 & 45001, 22301 and RBA is an added advantage
• Knowledge in Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Poke Yoke Concept, Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Able to write proper technical report and good at presenting report
• Good communication skill and good teamwork with all levels of employees
