About the Role: Apps Team Lead

As the Apps Team Lead at Aloware you'll be the driving force behind our Apps team overseeing the development of both front-end and back-end aspects of our CRM-related product suite. Your role is crucial in steering the team towards delivering exceptional user experiences while ensuring the robustness of our software infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of user-friendly interfaces and robust backend services for our CRM-related product suite.

• Utilize your expertise in PHP Vue.js and Laravel to make informed decisions about software design and implementation.

• Manage project milestones and ensure efficient project delivery.

• Coordinate daily team activities facilitate clear communication and foster a collaborative environment.

• Mentor team members enhancing their skills and maintain high software development standards.

About You: We're seeking a leader with:

• Extensive software development experience particularly in CRM ERP or similar systems.

• Proficiency in PHP Vue.js and Laravel enabling informed technical decisions.

• Strong project management skills to ensure team milestones are met efficiently.

• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities to foster a collaborative environment.

• A commitment to mentoring team members and upholding top-notch software development standards.

Technical Requirements and Desired Tech Stack:

• Leadership: 2+ years leading teams of 3-5 engineers in a similar product domain.

• Software Expertise: 5+ years working with VueJS PHP MySQL and AWS. NodeJS/Python skills welcome but PHP/Laravel and VueJS are our core technologies.

• API Integration: 2+ years integrating REST APIs (Twilio HubSpot Zendesk Salesforce etc.) focusing on security and customization.

• UI Proficiency: Vital experience in VueJS or React for UI development throughout the project lifecycle.

• Database and BI: Familiarity with various modern databases and Business Intelligence tools is advantageous.

• Domain Experience: Background in telecommunications VOIP CRM or SaaS tools like chatbots and helpdesk systems is preferred.
