As Engineer - Technology Support, you will be responsible for:
- PCBA soldering, assembly, and rework
- Assembly of prototype downhole tools, including harnesses and connectors, with minimal documentation
- Writing testing and assembly documentation
- Training manufacturing technicians on the assembly of tools as part of the technical handover
- Conducting long- and short-term testing including setup and data collection
- Electrical trouble shooting - board and system level
- Part procurement and inventory management
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or 5 years equivalent experience
- Experience in using measurement and laboratory equipment
- High temperature soldering experience, such as SN96, SAC305
- The successful candidate must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Desired Characteristics
- LabVIEW programming and interfacing
- Test equipment operation, programming, and maintenance
- Desire to be integral member of research, design, and development (RDD) engineering team
