Job Description:

- Process integration / device / yield improvement in technology development and transferred product projects.

- Trace the probing yield, final test yield, and Etest/WAT. Identify and drive continuous yield and quality improvement activities.

- Collaborate effectively with internal business product & test team, technology team, testing house team, and foundry management team to improve product quality and yield. It includes technical process/device, testing, and logistic operations improvement.

- Work with external foundry teams to identify/eliminate defect sources, create/execute DOE (Design of Experiments), extract/analyze the result. Come out and implement quality and yield CIP (Continuous Improvement Project).

Requirements/Qualifications:

Key Competency / Skill Requirements:

- 1-3 years of technology development experience in process integration, device, and yield engineering. FINFET, NVM, or BCD/HV knowledge is preferred.

- Excellent English communication, yield improvement logics, and decision-making skills.

- Own passions to collaborate with internal/external teams to clarify quality/yield problems and propose CIP activities.

- Basic Product knowledge about MCU, NVM, HV/Sensor, Network/Ethernet, Data Center, ASIC etc.

- Proven leadership capabilities in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team environment.

Education & Experience Required:

- Master's degree including Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Material Science is preferred.
