Engineering Associate (Hybrid-Flexible Options)
Job Description
Broadridge is hiring! We are looking for an Engineering Associate to join our team! Broadridge is a vital piece of the Financial Technology industry and leverages cutting-edge technology such as Artificial Intelligence, Distributed Ledger Technology, and cloud native applications. As part of the Technology group, you will collaborate closely with teams to expand, architect, and maintain the processes and tooling that underpin the business.
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal teams in the completion of technical projects
- Create, maintain, and support knowledge repositories
- Gather requirements and specifications for technology projects
- Track and report on projects in flight
- Support platform engineering for key business initiatives
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Familiarity with one or more high level programming languages or automation tools
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Good analytical and problem-solving/troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with engineers across the globe.
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Technical writing skills
- Collaborative mindset and team spirit
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
