Engineering Coordinator/Analyst

TechFlow's success in the Energy and Mobility marketspace has created an opportunity to add an Engineering Coordinator/Analyst focused exclusively on Energy and Mobility. The ideal Engineering Coordinator/Analyst will have back office experience supporting multiple initiatives, communications channels, requests, and deadlines simultaneously. The Engineering Coordinator/Analyst will work closely with Engineers and Business Unit Executives to track, assist, and report on multiple projects, programs, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with tracking of submittals, drawings, requests for information, requests for engineering support, and project costs, providing documentation to Engineering Staff and Leadership
• Assist Engineering Resources with correspondence and reporting to clients and federal/state agencies
• Assist Engineering Resources with creating internal budgets
• Support Project Coordinator in maintaining project schedules tracking during engineering phases of project execution
• Attend construction-related meetings to support engineering-related functions
• Assist Engineering with submittal packages including but not limited to submission, routing of questions and answers, as well as tracking and following up on status
• Preparing change order documentation/costing packages under direction of Engineering staff
• Provide administrative support activities for the Senior Director of Engineering as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3+ years of prior back office support experience in a role requiring excellent organizational skills, superior communication skills, and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task, possess strong attention to detail, manage tight deadlines and demonstrate an ability to manage others by influence as a member of a diverse team
• Expert level proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in related construction field(s)
• Associates degree in related field(s)
