Description

We are looking for a talented Engineering Data Analyst to join our team specializing in business process transformation for our corporate engineering Organization in a global role, and flexible location. (Cummins facilities in the approximate US / UK time zones).

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Using your experience and knowledge innovate to create efficient and effective engineering processes for the management and storage of product design data.
• Analyze business process management states to deliver value to end user stakeholders.
• Create efficient and effective process requirements for utilization in the design and development of state-of-the-art data management processes and tools.
• Develop relationships with the core business stakeholders as a trusted ally, while partnering with new business customers and new process requirements from recent business mergers and acquisitions.
• Learn and expand your knowledge and skill set with various legacy business systems and IT tools to deliver the PLM roadmap, and Cummins strategies for the management and security of the Cummins portfolio of product design data.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a similar technical field in the broad category of product design and development.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in development and improvement of engineering processes related to product design and development.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the needs and requirements for documentation of engineering standards, design specifications, product compliance standards and technical documentation.
