Job Description

The EBAD Engineering Development Program (EDP) is an 18-month rotational program designed for high potential, new graduate candidates who aspire to take on future Engineering related positions within EBAD. EDP will consist of 3 core assignments in Engineering, Operations, and Program Management with additional experiences in Systems Engineering, Design Engineering, Test Engineering, Supply Chain, Production Management, Quality Engineering, Finance & Accounting, and Human Resources. Upon completion of the program, participants will have the opportunity to deploy into one of various types of positions within the EBAD's Electronics Center of Excellence department. This process will be a combination of matching up personal interests with organizational talent needs.

Candidates will be considered for hire into the EDP program at our Simsbury, Connecticut location. Possible market segments you will be involved in include Launch Vehicles and Missiles. All candidates must be willing to relocate to Simsbury, Connecticut while in the program.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a related engineering or business discipline with interest in operations, manufacturing, supply chain/procurement or quality
• Demonstrated academic excellence with a minimum 3.20 cumulative GPA
• Interest and motivation in attaining future roles within EBAD
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and involvement - Related work experience (co-op, internship or part/-time employment)
• This position may require special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident)

Work Location: The work associated with this position will be performed primarily onsite at our Simsbury, Connecticut facility.

Work Schedule: EBAD currently operates on a 9-80 schedule where employees work 40 hours over 9 days with every other Friday off.
