About the position:

We're looking for an Engineering Drafter to perform routine Drafting tasks to support initiatives in product development and sustaining engineering. You will:

• Create detailed engineering drawings from 3D Layout, sketches, models, other drawings, and general instructions. These drawings include orthographic projections for tools, fixtures, writing diagrams, parts, components, assemblies, functional units, and machines.
• Produce workable reference detailed drawings by verifying from source documents, creating layouts, checking dimensions, tolerances, relationship of parts, functional fit, materials specified and other data.
• Verify calculations of designers or make original calculations for tolerances and dimensions, including assembly observations in environments such as test lab or assembly line.
• Originate layouts for parts, components, or simple assemblies up to sub-assemblies.
• Provide technical assistance or investigation of components.

About you:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Understands and can apply a broad knowledge of engineering drafting.
• Experience with 3D solid modeling CAD platform.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow directions and instructions of project lead engineers.

It would be great if you had:

• Experience PTC design platform.
• Associate's degree or technical diploma.
• Related work experience.

About the total compensation package:

Wage-Expected to be between $18.00 - $24.33 per depending on the selected candidate's background.
