looking for an Engineering Group Lead to join the leadership of the Work Management group, the main product of monday, and lead an engineering group, be part of building the strategy and group goals, and continue to grow this amazing group, globally.

The role is based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel.

About The Role:

• Lead the group’s engineering teams, working closely with product and design to give our customers the best product:
• Build, together with the group leadership, the strategy, the goals, and the roadmap of the group and product
• Constantly growing the organization - Mentorship of team leads, hiring and onboarding talent, building teams
• Leading the execution of the group, working with groups leaders and tech leadership across monday, to make things happen

monday.com is looking for a Group Engineering Tech Lead to join the leadership of the Work Management group, the main product of monday, and lead the technical aspect and the architecture across the group. The role is based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel.
