Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an Engineering Intern to be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Morgantown, WV.

This position is expected to begin in May 2023.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Builds essential, hands on skills in design, planning, traffic analysis
  • Creates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer
Minimum Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Must have completed one year of study
  • Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Microstation and/or AutoCAD softwares
  • 1 year of experience in transportation engineering, with an emphasis on traffic design
  • Strong technical writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
