Job Description

AECOM is seeking an Engineering Intern position to be based in Raleigh, NC .

This position is expected to begin in June 2023.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Introduce and build essential, hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.
• Duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student seeking a Bachelor's degree majoring in civil engineering, construction management, building technology, or other similar major.
• Must have completed at least 1 year of qualified study.
• Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship or permanent residency is required.
• Valid US Driver's License is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of ArcGIS.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Basic knowledge of standard office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word).
• Willingness to travel for project work.

• Candidates may be asked to submit to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
• Travel is required for this position.
