Engineering Internship

Capsa Healthcare is seeking Interns for our dynamic Engineering team. Capsa internships are designed to provide students with an understanding of what it is like to work at Capsa Healthcare. Our interns work on projects that help improve development/engineering processes and product quality within Capsa Healthcare. Our interns embrace continuous improvement, technical expertise, and the adoption of the best industry engineering development practices. We wrap up the internships with a presentation of their project to Capsa Healthcare employees.

As a Capsa Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a group of creative and dedicated Engineers who develop innovative healthcare solutions for a wide spectrum of care providers. You will be part of a scrum team that drives product and customer success, while getting mentorship and support from Senior Engineers and Mentors to help you learn and grow with us.

Capsa's internship opportunities are based out of our Portland, Oregon facility located near the airport and Cascade Station.

What we ask of you:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program at an accredited University.
• Minimum of 2 years in an engineering program such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• A passion for continuous process improvement.
• Applicable technical skills include: • C#, SQL, Python, JSON, Shell scripting
• Software Security
• Embedded systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are important
