Engineering Lead

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our team and lead the development of scalable, high-performance solutions for our platform. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of the platform, managing a team of engineers, and driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance our core product. You will also utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and ensure our platform stays at the cutting edge of technology and innovation in the influencer marketing space.

In this role, you’ll get to: 

• Client Feedback Loop - Integrate client feedback into the product development process to enhance features and ensure solutions align with user needs and expectations.

• Output and Efficiency - Focused on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering key results.

• Teams Cross-Functionality - Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve shared goals.

• Product Development Orientation - Collaborate closely with Product teams, utilizing specific product and industry knowledge to solve client problems and deliver new capabilities.

• Business Orientation - Understand stakeholder requirements and translate those into outstanding developer experiences, sound architectural decisions, and technology selection.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position: 

• 7+ years of experience in software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C++, Java).

• 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, and 2+ years in a people management or supervisory role.

• Expertise in developing APIs, including REST and GraphQL.

• Extensive experience with Node.js, Python, and SQL databases.

• Proficiency in AWS, with experience working on serverless architecture.
