Engineering Leader - AI Products

BigPanda is expanding its investment in data algorithms and machine learning and growing the team to accelerate value delivery. We’re currently focusing on applying LLM models to the IT operations data of enterprise-scale clients and providing them with additional analysis and prediction of their incidents. In addition, we are seeking to apply advanced graph algorithms and text matching to identify incident patterns and potential root causes out of large amounts of topology and change management data.

We are looking for an engineering leader for this initiative.  As a key contributor to our engineering leadership, you will be instrumental in enhancing key elements of our systems, while architecting for scale. This role presents formidable engineering challenges that call for a collaborative and cross-functional approach, necessitating close coordination with product and design teams. You will manage the team and help to grow the organization, leading software engineering via architecture design, growing engineers, setting vision and goals, process and protocol, and hiring. Your influence will be integral to shaping the future of AI at BigPanda

Who You Are

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a manager with a strong track record of success

• Experience building, leading Algorithm and  in-product ML engineering teams staffed with senior engineers and architects

• Experience building foundational systems at scale and spearheading software projects that significantly advanced the goals of your organization

• Experience with iterative processes and process improvement in software engineering teams

• Excellent communication and organizational skills and a user-centric attitude

Pay Scale: $280,00 - 320,000 Base Salary
