Role Expectations

• Manage engineers on 1-2 software engineering teams owning our consumer product experiences
• Leverage your understanding of your teams’ domains, stakeholders and business needs to help lead prioritization and scoping efforts
• Facilitate technical decision-making across mobile, web, and backend technologies
• Work closely with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, operations, and data teams
• Provide proactive coaching and mentorship to the engineers on your team

Requirements

• 4+ years software development experience building modern software applications
• 2+ years of experience in engineering management or a similar position

Nice to have

• Industry experience in Rideshare, EV charging, or related products
• Motivated by the electrification economy

Compensation and Benefits

Base compensation range for this role is $175,000 - 225,000 per year, based on experience level. Posted salary ranges are reflective of NYC and SF market compensation structures.
