Engineering Manager

Autodesk is looking for a best-in-class Engineering Manager to help us build an industry-leading solution for managing the entire lifecycle of construction projects. In this role, you’ll lead a talented development team tasked with creating innovative, cross-platform components for our construction platform. You’ll work closely with Product and UX counterparts to shape the team’s roadmap, set strategy and vision, and establish engineering best practices to drive meaningful impact and growth.

Responsibilities 

• Inspire, lead and mentor a global team of developers across Israel. 

• Collaborate with global teams, located in multiple GEOs, and build strong partnerships 

• Drive multidisciplinary technological stacks in the team Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and QA 

• Execute the product roadmap, with emphasis on quality, time to market, and engineering excellence 

• Hire and train new engineers and support the team's growth 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Leadership Experience; leading complex products and features 

• Experience in recruiting, attracting talents, and interview 

• Previous experience with CI/CD and agile methodology 

• Great communicator and a team player 

• Ability to collaborate with teams overseas and execute projects with many dependencies 

• Have the passion and dedication to drive the quality bar and set high standards within the team 

• Experience in developing large-scale cloud services applications
