We're on the hunt for an Engineering Manager who's ready to tackle the challenge of modernizing a massively successful platform. Chaturbate has thrived, but it's time to pick up the pace with upgrades and fresh features. This role is perfect for a leader who's passionate about driving innovation, enhancing performance, and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. You'll play a critical role in not just maintaining but elevating the community experience by steering your team towards new technological horizons.
Requirements
About You:

• You're an expert in Python and JavaScript.
• Successfully led a team of yourself and at least two other engineers that delivered a fantastic web site.
• You are interested in project management techniques and enjoy optimizing work processes.
• Able to recognize talent, set OKRs, and create personalized growth plans.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with TypeScript
• Proficiency in Django
• Familiarity with Kanban and Lean methodologies

The Base Salary range for this position is $185,000 - $285,000 annually. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the US for the posted position. A candidate's specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
