Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and overseeing the design, development, and implementation of websites, systems, and APIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of architecting scalable and efficient solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of engineers to deliver high-quality, efficient, and scalable web applications, systems, and APIs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Architecting and designing robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications, systems, and APIs
• Implementing best practices for software development, code reviews, and quality assurance
• Driving innovation and staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a software engineer or architect, with at least [number] years of experience in web development and API design
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java
• Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies
