Engineering Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop Lead and Manage the Engineering Department 

• Oversee the Career Development and Training of Engineering Group 

• Recruit and Hire Engineering Personnel 

• Lead and Delegate the Design and Review of process and rotating equipment.  

• Field Commissioning and Technical Support for Products 

• Other responsibilities, as assigned 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelors of Science in Engineering highly preferred  

• Relevant business experience and knowledge required  

• Excellent written and oral communication skills 

• Computer skills (Microsoft Office – Excel and Word). 

• Make and be responsible for decisions, while following established guidelines, policies, and procedures. 

• Analytical skills, objectivity and organizational skills.
