At City Storage Systems, we're building Infrastructure for Better Food. We help restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery. Our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality and convenient for everyone. We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.

What You'll Do

• Set and communicate team priorities that align with the broader organization and company's goals
• Manage a team of direct reports to achieve the technical roadmap while hiring, leading, and developing people within a world-class engineering organization.
• Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level. Meet with individuals regularly to provide feedback and coaching
• Define the roadmap for your team. Evolve and propose a multi-quarter roadmap to meet the long-term vision of the organization and company
• Evaluates architectural impact and works to build consensus for future direction of systems
• Work alongside other engineers to elevate technology and improve systems overall.
• Design scalable, fault tolerant architectural systems.

This role is based in our Sao Paulo office. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation.
